Job Description: This company is a successful mid-size healthcare architectural firm that has seen significant growth over the last 5 years. They are seeking a Project Manager to join their team of talented professionals.

Overall Responsibility:
• Support Management and running of architectural projects with the firm
• Ability, skills and motivation to act as independent project manager

Job Responsibilities:
• Assist team in business development efforts to win new projects as required
• Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and building a strong relationship based on trust,value and expertise
• Identifies and pursues new business opportunities with existing and potential clients
• Provide leadership and management necessary for all facets of projects and responsible for achieving overall project goals
• Lead communication between client and the firm, ensuring timely resolution of client concerns and management of business issues including contracts and additional services
• Lead and coordinate communication efforts with client, consultants and within project team
• Manage professional service agreements and amendments with clients and consultants
• Establish and ensures adherence to project budget and contracted fee
• Prepare, manage and oversee project schedule to ensure that design decisions and documentation are complete at critical milestones and to meet contractual obligations
• Work with the Design Team to execute the vision and spirit of the design for assigned projects and ensuring that constructability methods and technologies are explored and implemented
• Manage the project manual as it relates to contractual obligations (i.e. bid instructions, bid forms, schedules of values)
• Manage and review pay applications with contractors
• Manage billing review for clients and consultants
• Manages collections for assigned projects
• Responsible for quality assurance
• Motivate and mentor junior staff ensuring their professional development and leading by example
• Identify ways to innovate and improve the accuracy and efficiency of our processes
